Concerning developing a profitable product(s), one thing I have come to know and realize for quite a long time on the internet space (and which you confirmed from your points) is that for one to excel massively, there will be a point one needs to acquire sophisticated tools and gadgets (virtual and in real life), spend money and also go for top notch qualities instead of lesser quality freebies.
