  1. Thanks Iyke, you did a good job.

I’m in the education sector trying to build a niche in school growth strategies, whoat do you think is the best approach.

    1. You are welcome.

School growth is already a niche. You are helping schools grow and not everybody, so it’s super targeted.

If you feel that aspect is still too saturated, you can move further down to sub-niches like “branding for schools” or “Digital marketing for schools”. The possibilities are endless.

  2. I started writing in my junior secondary school days and I have grown such that those close to me are even demanding that I start a writing course because they read my write-ups on a daily bases. Now, these are the areas I have been writing on regular bases: Poems, Scriptwriting, Book Writing, Research Papers (Project, Seminar Papers, Journals, and Articles), and Content Writing.

I also use infuse my area of specialization which is my educational qualification into some of my writings to teach people.

Aside from writing, I am also a certified fitness & exercise therapist instructor but combine it with school sports coach well for this I do at my place of work as I am a teacher and have a blog relating to it but had to suspend it due to one thing or the other for now.

I have a Facebook Page as well that has been a blessing to lives with great reviews coming from my audience. Have optimized all my social media accounts which focus solely on the things listed above. I also get recommendations from people often to write for people.

Now, from the look of things it looks as if I am in the general section so how do I get to the area of specialization if all the areas listed above are not specialization?

This is what I mean do I still need to niche down to just one area? If yes, how do I do that with ease?

  3. This is really impressive and awesome. Despite that I have heard similar things in the past, this video makes it look like I’m hearing this for the very first time.

Kudos to you for a job well done Sir.

I studied Pharmaceutical Microbiology for my Masters and I also double as a trained TCM expert and Consultant.

Based on these experiences, I delve into the health niche to educate people on ailments and recommend TCM products (100% herbal) that works. ✓

I have also written health books and I have stay commited to my niche because I love what I’m doing.

What I need is more visibility and reach because from the experience I had with some clients and offline seminars I’ve anchored, I knew a whole lot of people out there are battling with a lot of ailments they couldn’t even share & needs help plus enlightenment including assurance on what will cure them.

For some people, money isn’t the problem but all they need is genuine and authentic solution of which my products can give.

It is these clients I need and I hope this program can help in that regards.

  4. I need visibility!

I am a business coach, author and speaker

I had written 10ebooks and 3 books on productivity, teamwork, efficiency and effectiveness in the marketplace

    1. Sometimes, it’s good to write these books but we need to ask, is it want the market wants? Have you checked if the market is viable? No matter the visibility, if the product isn’t what the market wants, it still won’t sell well.

  5. True. You don’t write for yourself, you write what people want.

I learned the bitter way. Had ebooks without sales.

    Thanks, Iyke.

I have been coaching people in three different niches but I’m trying to narrow down.
I’m an Electrical Engineer, a Teacher and an Agricultural Hobbyist.
I have more visibility in Agriculture and Solar System Training.
There is practically few people in the Solar System niche with digital products.
I wrote a training manual on Solar System Installation and Vegetable Farming and have been using them for training.
I’ve been trying to put everything together in video format, but they will be better understood as live videos.
How do I go about that?

  7. Thanks for this and very insightful. Although i already know my niche however this video helped me take the challenge of structuring it properly and has given me better insight into how to create my content around my audience needs.
